The Role
The E-Commerce Specialist drives our online presence in Australia and NZ within the fast-paced beauty supplement industry. They lead initiatives aimed at enhancing sales and bolstering our brand visibility, utilising their expertise to navigate this dynamic market. Crafting effective strategies to engage our audience, increase conversion rates, optimise product listings, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
In addition to planning captivating campaigns and analysing data, they continuously refine our online performance to ensure every aspect radiates beauty and allure. This role goes beyond mere data analysis; creativity is fundamental in crafting innovative and compelling content, as well as designing enticing promotions that foster customer loyalty and drive sustained engagement with The Collagen Co. brand.
The Person
Detail-oriented: Possesses a strong attention to detail to manage product listings, pricing, and descriptions accurately on various online platforms.
Analytical Thinker: The ability to analyse data, such as sales metrics and customer behaviour to optimise e-commerce strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Shopify and Klaviyo to effectively manage online storefronts and campaigns, along with a basic understanding of HTML for website updates.
Customer-Focused: Understands customer needs and preferences to tailor product offerings, optimise user experience, and provide excellent customer service.
Adaptability: Being adaptable and able to quickly learn and implement new technologies and strategies in the E-Commerce landscape.
Infectious Glow: Energetic, self-motivated, and adaptable individual with a positive attitude and a passion for health and wellness.
