E-Commerce Specialist

THE OPPORTUNITY

An opportunity has arisen to join our growing E-commerce Team as an E-commerce Specialistbased at our National Support Centre in Hawthorn. As part of the E-commerce team, you will play an integral role in driving commercial success across our business. 

Reporting directly to the  E-commerce Manager, this role is to grow and develop the Jeanswest brand by executing integrated campaigns across multiple channels with a key focus on website and eDM stratergy. 

Currently operating on a HYBRID MODEL - Option to WFH 1 day a week & 4 days in our centrally located office.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a best-practice e-Commerce website that reflects the Jeanswest brand, in-store offers and promotions providing a seamless user experience. 
• Manage day-to-day site search/merchandising to best present Jeanswest product, offers and promotions to maximize site and product conversion.
• Manage and analyse weekly and monthly reporting on key web performance metrics, providing actionable insight on customer patterns and behaviours to learn, improve and achieve team and business KPI’s and improve marketing tactics. 
• Manage and lead the Jeanswest SEO strategy
• Manage Email Marketing & Marketing Automation platforms to deliver the Jeanswest brand experience.
• Manage Jeanswest’s Email Marketing channel, including planning, segmentation, briefing and scheduling eDMs using best-practice techniques. 
• Plan and implement the day-to-day email production process across campaigns, sales, promotions, retention/win back, welcome series, trigger emails and flows to increase open rates, click through rates and drive sales.
• Regularly review, assess, and make recommendations to the business on eDM effectiveness and new opportunities to grow the channel eg. email customization.
• Work closely with technical 3rd party vendors to deliver & maintain eCommerce operations.
   

Are you the perfect fit?

• Strong background in Salesforce Commerce Cloud or other eCommerce & CMS platforms (3+ years).
• Strong understanding of Customer Journeys and merchandising/onsite search best practices.
• Extensive experience with Google Analytics.
• Strong knowledge of SEM, SEO, PPC and other digital marketing strategies.
• HTML/CSS experience not essential, but advantageous.
• Experience in analysing ROI and reporting data.
• Proven experience in managing and driving brand awareness, traffic and customer engagement across multiple channels and touch points.
• Proven experience with cross channel communication platforms such as DotDigital, Meta, Google Adwords.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Ability to work in high pressured situations and adapt to fast-paced dynamic retail environment. 
• Be a team player and work within a hands-on, collaborative team environment.
