Our Client is a National Engineering Firm who are a well known leader in their field. This position is responsible for providing a high level of secretarial and project support services to the CEO, COO and CCO with a focus on supporting the achievement of the organisations strategic and operational objectives.

The position is varied with specific duties including:-

• Acting as point of contact for the Executive team, coordinating communication and actioning requests as needed
• Researching, prioritising and following up on issues and concerns addressed to the CEO
• Providing sophisticated calendar management for the team; making judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day arrangements
• Leading, directing and supporting the performance and development of the Front Office Manager
• Accurately tracking and managing expenses for the Executive team
• Asissting in the implementation, monitoring and reporting of strategic plans
• Providing sound advice as a trusted advisor to the Executive team
• Organising meetings, distributing meeting minutes and agendas

To be considered for this role you will have top level communication and corprorate liaison skills for dealing with both internal and external stakeholders. You will be highy organised with the abiltiy to provide systematic and dependable follow up with a high degree of structure, organisation and preparedness. You will be computer savvy with competency across various applications including databases and spreadsheets with solid report writing and presentation creation/ediuting skills ideally with experience using scheduling software.

This sought after position offers a permanent hybrid work arrangement with the average week entailing 2 days in the office and 3 days from home (with some flexibility required). Our Clients' friendly modern offices are based close to Chatswood station on the North Shore Train Line.
