About the Role: This is a full-time position based in our Gregory Hills office, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 4 pm. Key Responsibilities:
- Email and inbox management
- Travel and appointment organisation
- Scheduling podcast interviews
- Managing social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Assisting with DA - Building applications and tender documents
- Providing tech support for online programs (Hubspot, Zenoti, Simpro, Zoom, Team Meetings)
- Designing training materials and business presentations
- Taking meeting minutes and scheduling meetings
- Organizing Google Drive and email inboxes
- Assisting with policy and procedure implementations
