The Role:
Working as an Executive Assistant you would be responsible for supporting a leading Selling Agent of a multi-award-winning Eastern Suburbs Real Estate agency.
This position would best suit someone who has a previous real estate experience and someone who thrives in a high pressure, fast-paced working environment. This position would require you to manage up to 15 sales campaigns at one time:
- Manage inbox, diary and phone redirection on behalf of Agent
- Attend photoshoots and out of office appointments
- Build relationships with clients, external parties and internal teams
- Prepare listing presentations, reports and other relevant paperwork.
- Curate content for social media channels and newsletters
- Manage the exchange to settlement period including submitting invoices
- Oversee and update client database
- Co-ordinate daily and weekly team meetings
- Strong experience working in a similar role in Real Estate
- Extensive administrative and organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with a high attention to detail
- Flawless communication and customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Collaborative and forward-thinking mindset with a strong eye for detail
- Adaptable and resilient with the ability to use your initiative
- A current Real Estate Certificate and a clean drivers license
- Work for the leading Agent & Agency in the EAST
- Saturday work required
