Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Certificate III/Diploma Educator OR ECT for any room 0 – 5 years old. The successful candidate will work in collaboration with our experienced educators to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for our children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support for children aged 0 – 5 years old.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging educational programs.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment that complies with health and safety regulations.
Key Requirements:
- Certificate III/Diploma Early Childhood Education or ECT – Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 – 3 years’ experience working in a similar role.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
