We are seeking great new additions to our teams in the form of Educators for our Urambi Early Learning Centre - located in Kambah. Our long-day care services are locally owned and managed and offer both Children and Educators beautiful spaces for play and education - within lovely communities.
We are specifically looking to strengthen our close-knit and professional teams by hiring Certificate III, and Diploma Qualified Educators.
Interested applicants must have:
- A passion and joy for working with children - predominantly toddlers;
- A positive approach to supporting children and their families;
- An intention to work and learn with our children for a meaningful period of time; and
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Successful applicants will have:
- a Certificate III in Children's Education and Care; or
- a Diploma in Children's Education and Care - or studying for one; or
- a Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education/Teaching.
In this meaningful and important role, you will:
- love and care for tiny humans with respect and passion;
- develop and implement random educational activities at a moments notice, or in line with a child's interest ‘right now’ whilst also planning cool activities for the future;
- write about children in interesting and intelligent ways;
- let children's families know how awesome their children are, frequently;
- engage young minds to understand the value of sleep and good eating for growing minds and bodies;
- reading and singing stories from books embracing moments of silliness and spontaneous play whilst enjoying "huggles" from multiple children;
- educate a wide variety of different and wonderful young children appreciating their own unique learning journey.

You must be a positive person with:
- a Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Education and Care for this particular opportunity;
- excellent communication skills;
- Australian citizenship (or Visa eligibility);
- a Working With Vulnerable People Check; and
- a desire to care for and educating young children.
