Early Childhood Teacher and 2IC

You will work closely with the wider team to create a warm and inclusive educational environment for children. In collaboration with the centre Director you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the program, including child protection, family support and early intervention.

Criteria:

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care
• Knowledge of Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Senior First Aid Certificate, including CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma management
• NSW Working with Children’s Check clearance
• Passion for teaching and working with young children
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Creativity and enthusiasm

Our supportive team are looking for a talented Early Childhood Teacher to join our Long Day Care rooms to make a positive impact on the lives of children, and work closely with the Director in a 2IC role. Experience with CCS, Xero, rostering, ratios, Xap and Storypark would be beneficial.
