About our Centre:
Berry Cottage Childcare is a privately owned, family run childcare on the lower north shore, for birth to preschool, and we have been in service for over 25 years. The centre was opened in 1997 for the now Educational Leader, who works day to day with our educators on the floor to mentor and guide the team.
We prioritise relationships and interactions with children and their families and do not burden our educators with paperwork - limiting the stress on teachers and looking after your wellbeing.
About you:
- Have ACECQA approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification/s.
- Be experienced in authentic and inclusive programming and planning that combines child led and teacher-initiated experiences and the preparation children for school.
- Have the ability to work in and with a team of diverse and likeminded individuals.
- Encourage children to explore and discover their environment, fostering a sense of wonder and excitement about learning.
- First Aid Certificate (Desirable)
- Completed Child Protection (CHCPRT001)
