Key deliverables:
- Develop and implement engaging educational programs inspired by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and fellow educators, creating a sense of belonging.
- Cultivate a secure and inclusive learning atmosphere, encouraging creativity and individual exploration.
- Contribute to ongoing assessments and documentation, celebrating each child's unique developmental journey.
What we look for:
- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification.
- Current Teacher Registration (Western Australia).
- Solid understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and EYLF.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
