In this full time, permanent opportunity you will lead a team of 25 childcare professionals to provide quality education and care to the community’s children.
Taking responsibility and accountability for the day-to-day management and leadership of the centre and the team, you will continue to offer long day care service. You will lead the service the way that you see it should be led to add ongoing value to the community an your team. You and your team will continue to expand on the strong community binds built from decades of service provision.
This role will also act as the Nominated Supervisor responsible for supporting your Room Leaders and Educational Leader in offering affordable education with quality outcomes, you will collaborate with your peers and the local community to grow the centre to meet community needs.

About youYou have experience leading a childcare service and you have plenty of new ideas about how to improve and are keen to try them. Building rapport is second nature to you and you can leverage this to engage in reflective conversations with your team around their growth and development.
You will also have:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent as approved by ACECQA)
- Empathetic people leadership
- Experience planning, implementing and modifying educational programs based on curriculum frameworks
- Ability to act as the Nominated Supervisor of your service
