As the peak body for the renewable energy sector, our client is a not-for-profit membership organisation providing a range of resources and advocacy for companies involved in clean energy. Located in the CBD, this is a friendly, dedicated and down-to-earth work environment, where you'll be part of a fabulous team and will have the flexibility to work from home up to 2 or 3 days a week.
The Role
With the delightful EA to the CEO as your mentor, you'll be providing high-level administrative support to 3 very busy but super friendly C-Suite Executives (the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Policy Officer and Director of Finance/Governance), ensuring their busy days run smoothly. Assist with the Board process (collate, edit and format Board/Committee papers, distribute agendas and minutes etc), coordinate meetings and diaries and organise regular travel and itineraries. This is a great role for someone who is perhaps returning to the workforce or wanting to hone their EA skills in a busy, collaborative environment.
Skills and Experience

You'll need to be familiar with the Board process and have a good eye for detail around formatting and editing of documents etc. Your approachable nature, strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to build relationships across the team will be the key to your success. Int-Adv MS Office essential.
