The opportunity:
An exciting opportunity for a passionate and motivated Ecommerce Coordinator is now available, located in our brand-new office space in Alexandria, Sydney. Working closely with the Ecommerce Manager, the Ecommerce Coordinator will be responsible for trading the Shoes & Sox and Shoe Warehouse websites and marketplace channels.
The role is responsible for supporting the Ecommerce Manager in delivering the brands’ digital, marketing and retail strategies whilst ensuring customers are offered a first-class digital experience. This newly created role is the perfect opportunity for a passionate Ecommerce and Digital Operator whose looking for an opportunity to grow their career and be exposed to a wealth of new and emerging technologies.
Key duties and responsibilities:
Your primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Loading and enriching products on the respective brand websites.
- Coordination of the website uploads, campaigns, promotions, and new product releases.
- Product and search merchandising campaigns to drive conversions.
- Supporting the testing and rollout of new website features.
- Coordinate all product information and imagery on marketplaces.
- Configure and execute brand email marketing campaigns.
- Supporting with the setup and execution of email automations, customer segmentation and signup forms.
- Supporting the creation of weekly trade and other regular brand reports.
- Analyse customer behaviour and other key metrics.
- Liaise with Customer Care to ensure orders are being fulfilled within SLAs.
- Collaborate with Marketing teams to ensure marketing and communications activity aligns across all consumer touchpoints.
- Work with the Ecommerce Manager to drive enhanced onsite experience for customers
The skills and experience you offer us:
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience operating an e-commerce business or marketplace channel.
- Tertiary education in communications or IT preferred, but not essential
- Strong Excel skills are a must.
- CMS Experience (preferably Shopify).
- Previous experience working with an ERP is desired, not essential.
- A background in fashion or retail is highly desired.
- Understanding of web design and UX standards.
- Understands how content management, order management, ecommerce, and other retail technology platforms operate.
- Foundational understanding of product development, supply chain and IT.
- The ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment whilst maintaining composure.
- Understanding of digital marketing and the social media.
- Stakeholder management skills.
- Data analysis and reporting skills.
- Excellent time management, planning, and prioritisation skills.
