Due to business growth, we have an exciting new opportunity available for a detail-orientated eCommerce Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time permanent role working 8:30 to 5:30 Monday to Friday at our North Ryde Head Office.
About the job:
- Supporting the launch of products on our websites according to timelines
- Collaborate with stakeholders to collate relevant product material and ensure items are up to date on our websites.
- Responsible for product maintenance across the website by working closely with our product team.
- Contribute to agile software development sprints, identifying product roadmap opportunities, website issues, and other potential UX optimisations
- Contribute to campaign rollouts ensuring that pricing, product merchandising, and other website digital assets are in place.
- Assist in resolving product-related inquiries from customers and showrooms that relate to our e-commerce store or internal quoting application.
- Copywriting and maintaining product descriptions across the website
- Assist internal teams as required to ensure business objectives are met
About you:
- Previous experience in an e-commerce role, ideally within the retail sector
- Demonstrated experience in optimising website sales and performance
- Experience with e-commerce tooling like Magento, and Shopify, are desirable but not essential
- Project management or product management experience with the ability to deliver high-quality work within project deadlines
- Self-motivated to think outside the box and develop streamlined processes.
