We are seeking someone who is organised with a high attention to detail to support our Customer Service and warehouse functions.

What are the essentials?
- Who? You’re a Customer Service and Order Processing Superstar!
- How? Starting on a part-time casual basis (with opportunity for permanent).
- Where? In our modern new office/warehouse in Bayswater, VIC.
- When? Hiring ASAP for 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
What are your key responsibilities?
Customer Service:
- Provide excellent service to customer enquiries via email/chat (70%), social (20%) & phone (10%)
- Provide knowledgeable answers to customer queries related to products, stock availability, and shipping, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Completing returns, exchanges, refunds for customers
- Liaise with wholesale/reseller customers
- Processing of returns
Order Processing:
- Creating labels and booking freight through software
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Labelling products for dispatch
- Assembling product kits and shipping boxes
- Ensuring a clean and safe warehouse
- Receiving, checking, and recording shipments
What do you need for this role?
- Previous experience with eCommerce platforms like Shopify & Shipstation would be an advantage but not essential
- An ability to work well autonomously or within a team
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills, ability to multi-task, show initiative & think quickly
- Someone that thinks outside of the box! Help us to improve systems and processes to make things more efficient!
