Our client adorne, is seeking the skills of an experienced eCommerce Marketing professional to join the team of an Australian owned, fast-growing fashion and accessories business. Based in Brisbane’s West End, you’ll report directly to the Managing Director and have the autonomy to see your strategies come to life with the assistance of a team of three.

Role Overview:
As the eCommerce Marketing Manager, you'll be at the forefront of all marketing initiatives, leading the charge in developing and executing National marketing programs to accelerate growth. This role is perfect for someone with a relentless drive for success and a knack for thinking outside the box. With a rapidly growing retail/direct to customer online presence your focus will be to primarily manage and expand on the eCommerce delivery, as well as brand management strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and implement innovative marketing strategies to exceed revenue targets and boost brand recognition.
- Leverage data insights to drive decision-making and optimise campaign performance.
- Lead the creation of dynamic multi-channel campaigns that captivate customers and drive conversion.
- Take ownership of the brand, guiding awareness campaigns and conducting audience research.
- Oversee content production, ensuring all activities resonate with the customer.
- Lead a team of 2-3, overseeing future recruitment, onboarding, training, staff development and performance management.
- Manage external stakeholders
- Team responsibility for web development, analytics and reporting, social media content creation, email marketing, CRM and digital project management.
Selection Criteria:
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience with a proven track record of success.
- Fashion, Apparel, industry experience essential
- eCommerce growth experience essential
- This role is suited to in-house marketers, unfortunately agency marketers will not be considered
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and analytics.
- A knack for digital innovation and creativity in delivering campaigns.
- Experience in brand management and content production.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team building and feedback.
- Expertise in digital advertising platforms and tools.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Commitment to data integrity, confidentiality, and high-quality customer service.
- Financial literacy and budget management experience.
- Formal qualifications in marketing or communications.
