Job description
What you will do- E-commerce Platform Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our key e-commerce platforms, including Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Amplience and Monetate. Ensure these platforms are optimally utilized and integrated into our overall e-commerce strategy.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Develop and implement strategies focused on improving conversion rates. Utilize tools and methodologies like A/B testing, user experience analysis, and customer journey mapping to enhance website performance and customer satisfaction.
- Pricing and Promotions: Manage pricing in line with the pricing and merchandise teams. Coordinate local promotional campaigns to maximize revenue and market competitiveness.
- Compliance and Standards Adherence: Ensure all e-commerce activities comply with relevant standards and practices. Stay updated with the latest e-commerce regulations and best practices to maintain and enhance the quality and legality of our online operations.
- Analytics and Data-Driven Decision Making: Regularly analyse e-commerce metrics and data. Use insights gained from data to make informed decisions and to strategize future e-commerce initiatives.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development support for team members. Ensure that the team is proficient in using e-commerce tools and platforms, and is up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies.
- E-commerce Strategy and Policy Implementation: Develop and implement e-commerce strategies and policies. Work towards aligning these strategies with the overall business goals of Lovehoney Group, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach across all departments.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work in close collaboration with local management and global e-commerce team. Ensure that e-commerce strategies are aligned with the company's broader goals and that there is effective communication across teams.
