Working out of our head office in beautiful downtown Port Macquarie, you will be responsible for the day to day operation and support of the online presence of Wilson Retail brands including websites and our online store.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Website Management - managing, maintaining and updating the Wilson Retail websites and online store.
- Content Management - building, maintaining and managing the product life cycle across multiple websites.
- Customer Service - managing the online helpdesk and customer support inbox.
We are looking for someone who has:
- A focus on sales and customers
- The ability to use financial and analytical data to make sound decisions on merchandising.
- High standard of personal presentation with a positive outgoing nature.
- Professional business acumen and uses sound business judgment in all situations.
- Behaviour consistent with Wilson Retail P/L values.
- Sound knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience working with a consumer facing web platform.
- Working knowledge of IT principles, including content management systems, ERP/Retail Management systems and analytics platforms.
- Experience using financial and analytical data to make sound decisions on merchandising.
- Basic understanding of SEO best practice.
- A thorough understanding of Microsoft Excel.
This is a full time position, based in Port Macquarie.
