Some specific responsibilities of the role include:
- Making and receiving service booking calls
- Explaining service options and processes
- Completing relevant paperwork
- Communicating with colleagues with scheduling of bookings
- Updating and supporting customers throughout their service
- Updating customer database as required
The ideal candidate will have:
- Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong IT skills
- Confidence dealing with all customer types
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent time mgmt. and the ability to multi-task
- Experience in a similar role within the automotive industry would be a huge advantage but not essential.
