Roles Available:

Educational Leader:

• Oversee the curriculum based on the Early Years Learning Framework
• Lead program development and implementation
• Build strong relationships for quality learning outcomes

Assistant Director Role:

• Lead the team for high-quality early learning and care
• Mentor and build capabilities within the team
• Manage daily responsibilities and centre operations
• Collaborate with the centre leadership team and establish relationships with families and the local community

Early Childhood Teacher (ECT):

• Inspire a love of learning through purposeful, intentional teaching practices delivered with creativity and energy.
• Build meaningful relationships with families to ensure each child has a strong sense of belonging and thrives.
• Mentor and guide educational practices in your room.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop high-quality early learning programs.

Essential Criteria:

• Diploma/Bachelor in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent
• Full working rights in Australia
• Working with Children Check
• Current first aid certificate
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and QIP
• Leadership experience in Early Childhood setting
• Willingness to relocate to Kalgoorlie
