Reporting to the Senior Systems Information Management Officer. Your role will be responsible to provide support directly to users or through a helpdesk approach and supports the Corporate Information Management Team (CIM) with programs of work to improve approaches for testing of system changes, maintaining and implementing the quality assurance activities for eDRMS.
The successful person
You will have demonstrated:Successfully prioritize, diagnose, and resolve incidents following procedures within agreed timeframes.
Proficient in configuring and administering Content Manager or similar systems, including recordkeeping frameworks.
Work in technical service desk environments, meeting service delivery targets and managing user access in Content Manager.
Use or develop linked dataset reporting in Microsoft 365 tools like SharePoint, PowerBI, or Excel.About us
