This Content & Social Media Lead will be joining the Baby Bunting Team to further build our brand and engage with our customers through the development and implementation of the Baby Bunting Content and Organic Social Strategy. Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, the Content & Social Lead is a creative, passionate and organised self-starter who is responsible for the development of the annual Content Plan, and the execution of brand, product and category content and stories that aligns to the Baby Bunting brand, tone of voice and meets customer and commercial objectives. Content and Social play a significant role in the education and engagement of the Baby Bunting customer, and hence this is a pivotal role in the expression of the brand and the acquisition and retention of customers.
