Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) is responsible for providing primary and secondary health care for people living in the Auburn, Blacktown, and The Hills Shire, Holroyd and Parramatta Local Government Areas (LGAs) and tertiary care to residents of the Greater Western Region. What you'll be doing
The purpose of this role is to manage the coordination and facilitation of medical training programs and networks programs across multiple sites, in consultation with the Training Directors.
The incumbent of the position will be liaising extensively with internal and external stakeholders across numerous WSLHD facilities and will implement quality improvement activities to ensure programs run smoothly.
This position will contribute to the overall strategic direction of WSLHD Medical Education and will sit within the WSLHD Research and Education Network (REN).

Selection Criteria: * Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in adult education, Medical Colleges’ training standards, criteria for trainees and accreditation requirements.
- Demonstrated high level administration and organisation skills, including coordination, management, development and evaluation of education programs, as well as rostering and rotations of trainees.
- Demonstrated superior communication skills, verbal and written, including the provision of a range of high-level documentation and reports.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including stakeholder engagement, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven experience in the management of complex projects including management of competing demands and meeting deadlines.
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Demonstrated advanced knowledge and practical skills with Microsoft office software.
- Willingness to work occasional Saturdays.
