About the role

• Lead educators and assistant educators roles available. 
• Full time / Permanent Part time Diploma and Certificate III Educators. Minimum 12 months experience.
• Be knowledgeable in the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework, transferring your theoretical learning to practical application by observing, implementing and evaluating the curriculum and programs.
• Ability to support children's learning and development that incorporates the principals, practices and outcomes of the Early Years Learning Framework
• Advocate for children as competent learners and plan for their learning through purposeful interactions and teaching.
• Be a mentor and support to your colleagues so that consistent care and education is offered across the service.
• Must demonstrate initiative to support the service as a whole.
• Must have strong time management skills
• Must be passionate and vested in your work and workplace

Qualifications and Experience

• Completed  Diploma or Cert III qualification
• Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates including Anaphylaxis and Asthma
• Completed Child Protection Course or willing to obtain
• Dedicated and committed
• Good communication skills
• Team player
• Flexible with shift times including the ability to work open and close shifts as directed by your manager
• Respectful and caring practice with children
• Understanding of the EYLF and NQS
