About the role
As the EFT Operations Manager, you will lead a team of 4 Payments professionals who are responsible for reconciliation of incoming card payments from store and online for all transactions processed through the Electronic Transaction Switching system to payments received from and paid to external parties on behalf of Coles Group and other associated brands across the network.
You'll also ensure :
- Correct calculation and distribution of fees for internal and external stakeholders
- connectivity with the EFT Switch and all interchange partners for all new stores, and refurbished stores across the the Network
- all financial adjustments (such as chargebacks, fee, MSF and GST adjustments) are validated and passed through to brands in an accurate and timely manner
- You will embed continuous improvement culture within Operations, producing benefits across categories including, risk reductions, simplification of processes, capacity benefits
- Drive engagement and development within your team
A strong operational leader, you have an exceptional understanding of cards and payments operations rule and regulatory frameworks.
You'll also have:
Experience in managing external and internal working relationships
Be proactive and results orientated
Excellent communication, team player and customer service skills.
Ability to identify and implement process improvement initiatives
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team to meet deadlines
