RMC-E will contribute to the delivery of continuous sustainment to the complex naval capability resulting from Continuous Naval Shipbuilding and ensure Navy respond to changing operational requirements.
The Business Management function will include Risk Management position that will be able to Audit and therefore ensure Compliance of Contractors and Report on risk to CoA.

Communicate effectively
You will use effective communication to contribute to productive and harmonious relationships between employees, teams and stakeholders. You will influence across the organisation by listening, understanding and adapting to audience and use diplomacy and tact to negotiate in difficult situations.
Work as part of a team
You will build productive working relationships to achieve team and organisational objectives. You will operate as an effective team member by nurturing internal and external relationships, understanding and recognising the needs of others, value individual differences and diversity and share learning to support others.
Prioritise Effectively

You will remain calm under pressure and persevere to achieve goals even in the face of obstacles and changing circumstances. You will be flexible to implementing change and manage ambiguity in the workplace as processes and ways of working are tested and adjusted to meet organisational needs.
