The Treasury is seeking a highly organised and motivated Team Leader to manage the Enterprise Systems team. The team is responsible for the installation, management and support of Treasury’s Enterprise Systems including Microsoft Identity Manager, Aurion, Delphi and SharePoint Online. The team provides support for user issues and works closely with the Service Delivery, Cloud Infrastructure and Cyber Security teams.
As part of the Enterprise Systems team, you will also be responsible for a range of Projects on top of the day-to-day BAU work. Your duties include but are not limited to:
- Provide visionary leadership to the Enterprise Systems Team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Manage a team of system administrators, developers, and analysts, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure individual and team success.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for enterprise system initiatives, aligning them with organisational goals and objectives.
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Enterprise Systems, including but not limited to ERP, CRM, and collaboration platforms.
- Continuously monitor and optimise the performance of Enterprise Systems to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Ensure that Enterprise Systems adhere to industry standards, security best practices, and regulatory requirements to safeguard data and mitigate risks.
- Provide user support and training to ensure effective utilisation of Enterprise Systems across the organisation, promoting user adoption and proficiency.
About the Enterprise Systems Team
This position sits in the Enterprise Systems Team in the Integration Unit.
The Integration Unit has a number of close-knit teams including data administration, application development and digital workspaces. We also are the drivers of generative artificial technology in the Information Services Branch – You’ll have opportunities to engage with and extend into these areas as opportunities arise.
Desirable Qualifications / Experience
- 3+ years of experience in IT leadership roles
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications such as ITIL, or relevant vendor certifications are a plus.
