Your new organisation:

This government department is responsible for the delivery of advice and high quality, accessible social, health and child support services and payments. 

Your new role:

• Oversee the implementation of programs administered by the agency and report on program performance to ensure ongoing program effectiveness
• Manage the implementation of operational, policy, procedural and customer service initiatives as they relate to service delivery programs and related change initiatives
• Provision of secretariat services to multiple senior Executive interdepartmental committees, including but not limited to planning, scheduling, briefing pack preparation, coordination on action items
• Mapping business processes, stakeholder engagement, workshopping process outcomes and coordinating stakeholder input, rollout of protocols across the Division
• Negotiate, engage and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver program services, build service delivery capability and promote the agency’s services
• Oversight or risk management across the Division, engaging with branch representatives as required, mapping risk management activity, scheduling milestones and planning

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Ability to build relationships with a range of stakeholders
• Experience providing high-level advice 
• Experience developing high level work area plans
• Ability to prepare a range of written material
