Responsibilities:
- Conduct market mapping within the hospitality industry and related sectors, identifying key players, market trends, and potential opportunities.
- Utilise various channels such as networking, cold calling, email outreach, and industry events to prospect and generate leads, ensuring a good pipeline of potential clients.
- Initiate and maintain meaningful relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders in hotels, resorts, restaurants, event venues, and relevant industries to drive client engagement.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet clients' specific requirements, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience.
- Take accountability for achieving sales targets, enhancing customer service, and developing and leveraging key relationships to drive the distribution of products.
- Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals in alignment with company objectives and revenue targets, ensuring successful deal closure.
- Continuously monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and industry developments to gather market insights and identify emerging trends and opportunities for business growth.

- Proven track record of successful Business Development and sales experience, with preference given to candidates with experience in the hospitality or textile industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of the Australian market is important.
