Role Summary
Step into a dynamic and flexible role as our State Manager, tailored to suit the ideal candidate. You will manage exciting projects, build strong client relationships, and drive new business.
This position offers significant opportunities for growth and presents exciting challenges, all while being supported by a dedicated team based in Brisbane.
For the first six months, you’ll work autonomously or in a small team, before becoming a core member of our growing Melbourne-based team.
Skills & Requirements
- Victorian Electrical Licence
- Experience as an electrical supervisor or project manager
- Proficiency in electrical estimating
- Excellent client-facing communication skills
- Strong team management and internal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking
- High levels of enthusiasm and a strong work ethic
- Passion for growth
