On behalf of our client (Probelogic), we are advertising.
Probelogic is looking for Electronics Technician to join their team.
Purpose of role: Perform electromechanical repairs on ultrasound transducers as required.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Booking in probes
• Assist with troubleshooting/fault finding and diagnosis, including the development of relevant reports.
• Perform electromechanical repairs on ultrasound probes as required.
• Provide technical advice and support for customer repair quotes where needed.
• Monitor and assist in the repair process of probe repair jobs.
• Monitor and assist in the repair process of all-in-one ultrasound units with fixed probes.
• Photographing – arrival & post repair
• Ensure correct entry of all jobs worked on is logged correctly in the relevant system.
• Complete post-job repair records
• Assist with development and documentation of new repairs as needed.
• Provide technical advice for the development or ongoing improvement of existing repair processes.
Other duties: Fulfil other duties as required by management and other department personnel as requested/required.
Experience and skills required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience involved with maintenance of medical ultrasound and medical ultrasound probes.
• Experience within laboratory or medical industries.
• Excellent hand skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent computer literacy
• Excellent team worker, competent in communication and ability to work with various disciplines.
• Demonstrate key behaviours which can positively impact and influence others.
• Have the ability to maintain maturity/composure under pressure and able to meet deadlines.
Position: Full Time
Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 per annum
