Your part in St Andrew’s War Memorial Hospital team

As Emergency Centre Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination of all administrative functions associated with the operations of the Emergency Centre, including ensuring all administrative emergency staff are proficient in all required administration functions and committed to exceptional customer service. 
 

What makes a difference for us?

• Cert III or IV in Health Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior administration position in a hospital, preferably in an Emergency Centre in a supervisory level role
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• High level of understanding of healthcare procedures and regulations
• High level of experience with database systems and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent organisation, time management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to train and supervise team members
