ABOUT THE ROLE
The People, Culture and Standards Division works in partnership with all entities within the Department and beyond to instill a values-based culture. The Directorate's Employee Relations Branch is accountable for influencing the culture and performance of the organisation by fostering respectful, honest, and productive Employee Relations.
We are seeking suitable applicants for the role of Employee Relations Officer. This position will provide a high-level consultancy and advisory service to senior managers and employees and to Divisions on Employee Relations and complaint matters.
You are a strong team player with a demonstrated commitment to resolving workplace issues in a timely manner and to a high standard. You have a high standard and practice of ethical conduct and behaviour and will adhere to the Department's Code of Conduct and other policies and procedures.
The role may invlove travel to metropolitan and regional locations as when required.
