At the heart of this commercial organisation is the building of strong, proud communities within the health sector. An opportunity exists for a collaborative ER Manager to join them on a fixed term basis.
About the Role
In this 6 month fixed term contract you will be reporting into a very collaborative Head of HR Business Partnering.
Key responsibilities will include:
- ER lead for specific employee relations matters across Operations and Corporate
- Management of all actions from investigation through to termination (if that is the outcome)
- Providing sound employee relations advice to leaders and senior leaders
- If required, to attend FWC conciliation matters under the support of the Senior ER Manager
We are looking for someone who has a strong demonstrated experience dealing with end-to-end employee relations matters. Must have an indepth understanding of Enterprise Agreements, Awards, Legislation, FWC. You will also have strong project and time management skills, as well as a can do attitude and excellent communication skills.
