Do you want to be part of a team that genuinely makes a positive difference in people's lives? As an Employment Support Consultant - Disability Services, you'll be helping customers with a disability, once they are placed in a role.
You will also be working with employers, finding flexible and innovative solutions, whilst providing ongoing Employment Support to our customers.
What are we looking for?- A customer service expert with the ability to build relationships and trust
- Lived, experienced or understanding of working with people who identify with living with a disability
- Ability to overcome objections, and break down employment barriers that exist for people with disability
- Awareness of vulnerabilities within the workplace
- Effective, positive problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Hold or ability to obtain a Blue Card
- Willing to have a police check (at no cost to you)
- Hold a current drivers' licence
