About the Role
Joining a highly regarded Industrial Relations & Employment team, you will be working on a range of matters such as employment contracts, unlawful termination claims, recovery of unpaid wages, and discrimination and sexual harassment claims, etc.
About You
Lawyer with at least 3 years PQE ; with
- An Australian law degree, coupled with strong academics;
- Excellent drafting & advisory skills;
- Exceptional attention to detail & communication skills (verbal + written);
- The ability to work under pressure, manage multiple caseloads and within tight deadlines; and
- A solid understanding and up to date knowledge of industrial relations & employment law issues.
