We have an opportunity at our Sydney Airport Workshop for a self-motivated individual with strong data entry skills to provide timely admin support to our operations team ensuring workflow and outcomes.
TCR Group, a global leader in Ground Support Equipment (GSE), is seeking a proactive and organised individual to join our team as an Operations Support Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:
GSE Operations Support - Service Advisor:
Administration: Manage central mail inbox, ensuring accurate work order administration.
Maintenance Planning/Scheduling: Plan and schedule preventative maintenance work orders with precision.
Customer Coordination: Schedule and coordinate works with customers, maintaining a well-organized work scheduling calendar.
Equipment Availability: Ensure equipment availability by calling customers and creating work orders from post-inspection defect sheets.
Customer Service: Follow up on quotes, purchase orders, and approvals, providing excellent customer service.
Reporting: Generate and send daily reports to customers.
Additional Responsibilities:
Fleet Management: Oversee airport fleet registrations and defect rectification on an online portal.
Transition to SAP: Assist operations administrators and managers in day-to-day tasks and take on additional responsibilities as the business transitions to SAP.
Experience We Seek:
Automotive/maintenance industry experience would be highly valuable
Planning and scheduling experience would be highly valuable
Customer service proficiency
Familiarity with SAP or other maintenance management ERP systems
Business administration experience or relevant diploma/certificates
