About the role
We have an opening for experienced End User Computing Engineers to join our Technology Infrastructure team. This is an ongoing role based in our head office with hybrid working options.
The End User Computing Engineer designs, delivers, configures, maintains, and continually improves the IT infrastructure, including physical and virtual desktops, patching, printing, telephony, monitoring, Audio and Video technology, Video conferencing, laptop and workspace technology and design, mobile and device management, O365 suite.
About you As the successful applicant you will demonstrate the following skills and experiences
Tertiary qualification in a relevant area i.e., Business Information Systems, Computer Science or by substantial relevant work experience combined with industry and/or vendor certifications.
At least 5+ years in solutioning, managing, configuring, enhancing, and maintaining EUC, Microsoft systems and management software (SCCM, Intune, O365, SharePoint, Exchange, Teams), Infrastructure & Wintel deployments across hybrid cloud environments (on-prem and Azure), printing, audio and video conferencing and mobile technologies and application packaging.
At least 3+ years developing and rolling out technology roadmap in a workplace environment.
Strong expertise in Infrastructure, Cloud & Wintel technologies such as:Windows Server Operating SystemsWindows technology services such as DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange Hybrid, etcMicrosoft Azure & 365 products and servicesAzure AD and Identity Services, Azure Connect and tenancy management.SCCM, Intune, patching and device management applications.Group PolicyTeams CallingPrintingMeeting room and AV technologies
Knowledge across Cloud providers such as Microsoft Azure & 365
Source control knowledge and ability to script in languages like PowerShell and Python

Prince 2 /PMBOK
