Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our team and support the Registered Nurse/Midwife in providing person-centred care in accordance with regulatory and statutory requirements. The role involves practicing at a level ranging from novice to proficient Enrolled Nurse practice, under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse/Midwife. The Enrolled Nurse will play a crucial role in maintaining accountability for their actions and delivering nursing/midwifery care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Registered Nurse/Midwife in providing person-centred care.
- Practice nursing/midwifery care within regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Work collaboratively with the BHFLHN Clinical Worker Health Team to provide interventions and strategies supporting a safe work environment.
- Maintain accountability for actions and responsibilities as an Enrolled Nurse.
