Charisma Level 1000: You make inbound calls feel like a chat with a friend.
Tech Wizard: Microsoft Office and data management software bow to your mastery.
Autonomy: You're like a bee in the wild, working brilliantly alone yet harmoniously in a swarm.
🧙♂️ Wizardry Skills Needed:
A year of experience in an inbound call centre/sales environment.
A valid Working with Children/Vulnerable People Card, or the ability to get one.
An organisational mastermind with the knack for admin magic.
