The Enterprise Records Management Officer role is to support the delivery of Enterprise Records Management (ERM) services in accordance with statutory requirements, agreed standards, procedures and best practice.
This opportunity will see you deliver your expertise in Records Management and technical support services across the daily operations of the eDRMS. Your attention to detail will see you accomplish system audit checks and provide functional support to the corporate eDRMS managed by the ERM team.
The Digital, Technology and Information group develop and implement the organisation's strategic technology framework to maximise the value of technology related business investments that assist the organisation to achieve corporate and operational goals. This group takes the lead on implementing energy management systems and technologies, as well as supporting the development of new technologies that deliver efficiency and connectivity.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct Audit activities to report on data quality, security breaches and system usage within the eDRMS
- Provide eDRMS business system administration
- Provide accurate and professional advice on recordkeeping obligations and best practice across the business
- Administer ERM support, and provide efficient recordkeeping, eDRMS and archival support to internal enquires
- Provide an efficient and effective Records Management service to meet our customer requirements and enable the effective flow of information throughout Seqwater
- Undertake other duties as directed by the Supervisor Enterprise Records Management, as required.
Qualifications and experience:
- Minimum 3 years experience in Records Management in a Federal, State or Local government organisation
- Demonstrated Administrator level experience in OpenText Content Manager eDRMS or similar
- Demonstrated experience working with the Public Records Act 2002, Right to Information Action 2009, Information Privacy Act 2009 and Queensland State Government Information Standards
- Proven experience in providing customer support and advise in a complex environment
- Well developed interpersonal, communication and consultative skill, to enable open and effect working relationships with a broad range of professional groups, staff and stakeholders
- Proven experience working with highly confidential information and the ability to maintain confidentiality
