We are currently seeking an experienced Enterprise Records Management Officer to deliver expertise in Records Management and technical support services across the daily operations of the eDRMS. Your attention to detail will see you accomplish system audit checks and provide functional support to the corporate eDRMS managed by the ERM team. This is a contract role working with a statutory govt department. The position is a hybrid of work from home or the office (based in either Brisbane or Ipswich) and is a contract position that will take you through until mid October, with extension possible.
The role:
- Conduct Audit activities to report on data quality, security breaches and system usage within the eDRMS
- Provide eDRMS business system administration
- Provide accurate and professional advice on recordkeeping obligations
- Administer ERM support, and provide efficient recordkeeping, eDRMS and archival support to internal enquires
- Provide an efficient and effective Records Management service to meet customer requirements and enable the effective flow of information throughout the department
- Minimum 3 years experience in Records Management in a Federal, State or Local government organisation
- Demonstrated Administrator level experience in OpenText Content Manager eDRMS or similar
- Experience working with the Public Records Act 2002, Right to Information Action 2009, Information Privacy Act 2009 and Queensland State Government Information Standards
- Experience in providing customer support and advise in a complex environment
- Well developed interpersonal, communication and consultative skill, to enable open and effect working relationships with a broad range of professional groups, staff and stakeholders
- Experience working with highly confidential information
