An exciting full-time opportunity is now available for a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our Balcatta team in the role of Customer Service Representative. This diverse opportunity will involve liaising with customers and corporate clients, receiving inbound inquiries via phone and email and assisting with various administration duties. Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Receive and handle calls from a diverse customer base
- Create a memorable experience for our clients and their customers
- Assist customers and corporate clients with specific enquiries
- Provide a high level of personalised customer service
- Manage client relationships and correspondence
- Deliver professional customer service to our insurance-based clients & customers
- Manage phone & email inquiries
- Handle job disputes & complaint resolution
Key Selection Criteria:
- Strong customer experience background
- Confident and professional phone manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and achieve KPI’s
- Strong computer literacy
- Positive attitude and a desire to go above and beyond to deliver high quality customer service
- Background in a call centre environment advantageous, however not essential
- Previous experience in the insurance or construction industry advantageous, however not essential
