About The Role
You will support new and existing customers in helping with varying queries regarding pest control and hygiene services
Duties:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to effectively assist new and existing customers with their inquiries and needs.
- Proactively promote and sell Home Protection plans to both current and potential clients, ensuring they understand the benefits.
- Accurately gather, verify, and update customer information in our systems to maintain current and precise records.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for technician visits to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Address and resolve customer concerns and issues promptly, providing exceptional support and solutions.
- Consistently achieve and exceed KPIs and metrics as defined by the business to contribute to overall company success.
