Currently seeking a Leasing Consultant to work in a tight-knit Department, this is a role for someone that wants to be part of an expanding, fast-paced and successful team.

The Role:

Reporting directly into a Department Head, you will be the backbone of support in a fast paced environment. This is a diverse and fast paced role with plenty of support, structure and systems to help scope your career to its full capacity. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Handling & addressing rental enquiries via email and phone
• Conducting open for inspections
• Ingoing & outgoing inspections
• Routine inspections
• Diary Management
• Prepare properties for online advertising
• Lease sign ups
• Preparing lease packs
• Ad hoc administration duties

The Candidate:

• Paying up to $70,000 dependent on experience!
• COMMISSIONS TO BE EARNT!
• Previous Real Estate Leasing experience is preferred however not essential
• A current Certificate of Registration & Driver’s Licence with a reliable car
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
• Must have excellent communication skills both written & verbal
• Must have a can-do attitude & a strong passion for Real Estate!
