Part-time Residential Leasing Consultant

Matthews Real Estate is a well established boutique family business with an excellent reputation in the industry. We are looking for a Leasing Consultant to join our team in Annerley. Duties will encompass the whole leasing process, from advertising and marketing vacant rental properties to processing applications from prospective tenants to onboarding new tenants. You will enjoy covering a fairly small geographical area with most of our properties located in the inner southside of Brisbane.

This is a permanent part-time position and will include rotational Saturday work (averaging 22 hours per week on a fortnightly rotation).  We can offer flexible hours and free parking in our private carpark.  The role can also encompass BDM work for the right candidate. Remuneration will be commensurate with the applicant's experience in the industry. A car allowance and company mobile phone also forms part of the package.

The successful applicant will possess the following attributes/skills:-

• Current Real Estate Registration Certificate
• Inspect Real Estate experience
• Experience in property management essential
• Console Cloud experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of REX (preferred but not essential)
• Leasing experience preferred but not essential
• Reliable vehicle and current open Queensland driver's licence
• A professional positive attitude
• Attention to detail
• Excellent personal presentation
• Great people skills
