About your new role…
An exciting opportunity has become available in our Equipment Service Team (EQS). This role of EQS Logistics Manager, North Queensland, is accountable for ensuring operational excellence in the supply of CCEP’s products and beverage equipment to our customers. The team has two core functions:
Logistics services – transport, warehousing, inventory, security – across the Far North Queensland markets, ensuring that the right CCEP products are delivered to the right location on time and at a good cost.
Equipment Service (EQS) is responsible for the end-to-end management of CCEP’s fleet of beverage equipment in FNQ.
What will you be doing?
- Be hands on and lead from the front, demonstrating personal commitment to change.
- Contribute to the development of the Distribution & Service strategic plan and roadmap, helping to shape the strategic direction of the function and how to deliver on this.
- Build, develop and maintain strong relationships and understanding of CCEP customers and how to deliver the best outcome for each customer.
- Understand and anticipate the changing needs of our customers and support the development of strategies to respond to these.
- Strategically plan and manage the performance of logistics activities across Far north QLD.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve service, financial, process and operational performance and efficiency, delivering optimal financial and service outcomes.
- Ensure logistics is at the forefront of decisions around network design, production planning, warehouse capacity and interstate freight decisions.
- Manage the North QLD EQS & Logistics business within financial targets.
- Develop an overall National IR strategy for EQS to support the negotiation of Enterprise Agreements.
Let’s talk about you…
- Minimum of 5 years in a senior Logistics or Service leadership role, ideally in the FMCG or retail operations environment.
- Demonstrated experience across multiple disciplines, with firsthand customer management. experience and medium P&L ($30m+ pa) delivery
- Demonstrated record of driving value and productivity.
- Demonstrated leadership effectiveness in developing people and managing a high performing team that delivers operational performance excellence and the ability to execute significant change programs.
- Experience in leading an Industrialised workforce and EA negotiations.
- Logistics and warehouse systems knowledge (SAP, WMS, APO, Service Management and Service Optimisation systems
