Your new role:
As an advisor to the Equipment Finance Hub Team. You will be responsible for the daily Administration on allocations of referrals received from bankers, answering banker and customer queries, preparing eBLs, conducting credit checks and assisting the post approval team with any overflow of work requirements Including, but not limited too, document preparation and follow-up of suppliers and customers.
You will work Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am-5pm from the stunning Docklands location. While you are training, you will be fully office based before going across to a hybrid working model. This role is for a 12-month assignment paying an hourly rate of $32.73ph + Super
Other Responsibilities:
- Data entry into NAB systems
- Ensure referrals through Salesforce are allocated in a timely manner each day and that all relevant information is included.
- Completion of Inbound email Quality on lending submissions, to ensure they meet the minimum requirements to proceed to credit approval.
- Answer inbound emails from customers and bankers and assist them with their enquiry
- Understanding of Financial Information: Ability to read and understand customer's financial information eg: Tax Returns and Financial Statements in order to determine willingness and capacity to repay. Proactively seeking further additional information in order to clarify and support customers' expectations, which may include obtaining sufficient information from the customer's banker
- Completion of all components of the customer lending requests for existing and new to bank transactions, through the various systems that support a business lending request and in line with current Credit Policies.
- Support the day to day running of the business and to ensure the business is best placed to provide a high level of service you
- Support our sales teams by following the Equipment Finance Hub communication protocols and using customer centric language in all our communications.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Prior experience in banking and finance
- Ability to read financial documents
- Strong communication skills verbal and written
- Able to adapt and work well under pressure
