HR Partners by Randstad is currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity as an ER Specialist/ Business Partnering Lead to join our clients Corporate Services Group based in Docklands (2/3 days WFH).
This role is a permanent full time position and will lead and manage the implementation of the renewal of the Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA). This person will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the business partnering team to ensure the people strategy is delivered.
This is the perfect opportunity for a process driven individual with a key interest in Employee Relations and Industrial Relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Key deliverable to lead and manage the renewal of the EBA and act as a point of escalation for policies and procedures from a practical perspective.
- Manage complex Employee Relations cases including disciplinary action, grievance and terminations and build positive relationships with respective unions
- Providing leadership and coaching to the People & Culture Business Partnering team through effective and consistent case management across all portfolios
- Manage change programs in accordance with with the provisions of the Enterprise Agreement
- Proven experience in Enterprise Agreement negotiations
- Demonstrated knowledge of industrial relations legislation and government policies
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources and Employment Law/ Industrial Relations
- Prior experience liaising with unions and a high level of negotiation skills
