My client is a blue collar firm based in Port Melbourne. Due to strong performance, they are looking to expand their HR team in Melbourne with a focus on Employee Relations and Industrial Relations. This is a permanent, ongoing role and will support the National Industrial Relations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Employee Relation cases end to end
- Provide coaching and advice to managers across the organisation in regard to ER/IR
- Support Talent Acquisition Coordinator with recruitment
- Manage the induction process for new starters
- Strong ER/IR experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle ER cases independently
- Permanent, ongoing role
